At a Fountain in Chicago

One night I spend quite a long time at a fountain taking Photos of children (and adults :) playing with the water

A Concert Hall in that park:

Second week in August (just right after San Francisco) I've been to a conference (Squeakfest) in Chicago.

My hotel room, I had two queen sized beds and two bathrooms, don't ask me what for. But since I haven't paid for it, it was fine with me ;)

Most of the time I was waking around in Chicago at night, so I have so many pictures of Chicago in the dark:

The Croquet Demo of Rick and Andreas. Alan Key is the one pointing something out, in the front of the picture:

The last three photos I've made during our ship-tour on the Chicago River and the lake:

A Weekend in San Francisco II

Smart philipp has deleted about a fifty pictures from his camera before transferring them to his computer. Otherwise you'd had to stand even more pictures in this post ;)

In the lobby of the hotel we stayed, was this wall with water floating down

And then we reached the Golden Gate Bridge, it was really foggy that day (as usual for summer, I've been told) :

The last five pictures are from the ride with the cable car:

A Weekend in San Francisco I

First weekend in August my dad visited me in San Francisco.
The first three photos are taken in Chinatown:

In SF they have these electricity powered buses:

Later that night we went to the Coit Tower, even though we couldn't get on top it was cool with all the fog/clouds up there:

A building of Francis Ford Coppola's movie company:

These people where skating through the city, we've met them before in Chinatown.

I really like this photo and I'm not quite sure why
